First of all, we have to remember that there are a lot of food allergies out there. Some individuals are extremely sensitive to nuts and other food products. Other individuals seem that they could consume just about anything.
For me, one of my most “symptom” causing products is caffeine. Some of the side effects I get from drinking caffeine products can be quite alarming. Friends of mine actually have told me I have “caffeine withdrawal”.
But being honest here, it would be really difficult for me to start the day without that proverbial morning “cup of coffee”. There’s just something special, or should I really say stimulating, about that first cup. I truly don’t believe I could function without it.

I know a friend of mine has mentioned that she gets an unbearable form of headaches during the day, and they just hang in there, only relieved by more and more caffeine. Others have mentioned some anxiety and restlessness. Maybe this ‘caffeine withdrawal” disorder holds some truth to it.
What is some of the best advice right now? Well probably to reduce your caffeine intake if it is excessive. If you are having some real bad side effects, I would visit a doctor for a check up.
