By doing a detox of the colon, you will feel renewed and healthy again. Again though, there are hundreds of cleanses to pick from. A lot of people like fruit juices and smoothies, and this helps them to get into the cleanse easily and quickly. Smoothies also keep you full.

Juicing is a excellent way to get started. Maybe you have a recipe you\’d like to try, and if not, just by starting to juice with fruits you enjoy will be yummy.
