As we all know there are tones of stomach exercises available to get great abs. But we all know that all exercises wont work with everyone and its better to stick with the one which works for us. I would like to share some of my abdominal tips and experience. Although, no matter what the best stomach exercise it is, getting great abs requires to stick with the one which works.
Most of the good ways to get a great ab do not even include machines to help you. Ofcourse it might look easier and relaxing more than being beneficial. however it is always suggested that gaining the best comes when it involves just “You” and your ab routine. We all know how good crunches are when it comes to stomach exercises, so I won’t bore you by telling you much about these for getting great abs. All you need to know is that they work and they will continue to work for a very long time.
On another note, it is the side crunches which are more beneficial than regular crunches. Why? Because it works out the oblique. It’s a great alternative to simply sticking with regular crunches. It also gives you some variety to this sometimes boring exercise, which his good, because it keeps you motivated. Pilates are stomach exercises which most people forget to care about. The Pilate routines are considered to be the best ways to get great abs. This is because they focus on the core muscles mainly on the abdominals, strengthening them to the max. Every pilate movement is set to work directly or indirectly on the core muscle.There are many killer exercises for your abs but the one which i practice till day is fantastic. In fact many fitness experts incorporate the routine in their stomach exercises. It is done by laying flat on the floor with your stomach. Stretch both your legs straight and your hands clasped together. Now try getting off the floor as if trying to do a push up exercise. This workout feels brutal as it sounds and are heavily effective for strengthening those core muscles.
One thing to be remembered is that not all persons body responds the same. Although the various stomach exercises work on a variety of people, it is always better off incorporating few other exercise in your routine to cover all the basics. Each person is different and their bodies will respond differently to different movements. As you try various routines, you will begin to see which of them work best for you and you can stick with them. Getting great abs is not the easiest thing (as you know) but you can make sure you achieve your goal if you stick with your plan and do the stomach exercises that work for “you”.
