Since these convenience foods are made by someone else, it is easy to forget about the ingredients that go into our food, seduced by the convenience of tasty food that can be bought over the counter within a few minutes. Although fast food is tempting, we should know that it does not have a good effect on our health. After all, why settle for less than optimal health when the history of alkaline diet food provides strong evidence of how it can enhance our lives?
