Eat well and lose weight! Nice philosophy, right? Well…with HCG it’s a finally a reality. And if you’re careful with how you incorporate your foods you won’t even feel deprived.

Try this sample diet plan:

First Day:

Just have tea for breakfast. If you want to sweeten it stick to Stevia. For lunch have cottage cheese (low fat variety, of course) with fresh, cut strawberries. Add 2 Melba Toasts to your lunch to incorporate your starch and then have a raw vegetable for snack mid afternoon. For dinner have grilled chicken (be careful which seasonings you use…no carbs allowed!) Have steamed cabbage on the side with your Melba Toast and add half a grapefruit to finish it off.

Second Day:

Have half a grapefruit for breakfast (you can always sweeten your grapefruit with Stevia; it has an added bonus of being an appetite suppressant). For lunch have grilled chicken mixed with grilled veggies. Crunch up your Melba Toasts and add them to the chicken/veggies. Place the mixture inside a fresh lettuce leaf and you’ve got yourself a fabulous HCG appropriate lettuce wrap. Have an apple mid afternoon. For dinner you get to have fish (we suggest grilled with lemon pepper seasonings), another half grapefruit and some asparagus. You can eat it steamed, but you might want to try roasting it in the oven. And as always…don’t forget to grab two Melba Toasts as your starch.

Day 3:

For breakfast have your tea and an apple. If you want to mix it up…chop your apple into slices and then drizzle lemon juice over it. It’s yummy! In the early morning put your roast in the crockpot (you’ll be enjoying a very lean roast for dinner). With the roast put celery and onions. It will cook slowly throughout the day. For lunch make HCG chili; fresh tomatoes, lean ground beef or shredded chicken, onions, spices…and don’t forget the chili powder! Scoop it onto Melba Toasts for extra crunch. For dinner enjoy your roast with veggies and Melba Toasts. Then for dessert…make cut an apple in half, sprinkle cinnamon on it and warm it up. It will feel like a rare indulgence.

As you can see if you think ahead of time you won’t struggle to incorporate all the foods at the necessary time and you won’t feel that you aren’t getting to eat. The simplicity of the diet plan is one of the things that makes it such a great success with many dieters so stick to simple while incorporating just enough variance to keep yourself satisfied. And don’t forget to drink water constantly!
