When I first seen this site and seen the name associated with it, I thought it was so catchy and loved the name of it Yummy Mommy Weight loss Program. The program is based around women who have been pregnant and want to lose weight after birth also for the busy mom’s out there that haven’t much time to spare.
The program is run by holy Rigsby a certified personal trainer she claims in her video on her site that she also struggled with baby fat and found it hard to get it off. She mentions in her video that she found two effective ways to get rid of the baby belly.
She tells of how she needed only 15 minutes a couple of times a week. Holly also states that she is ready to answer any questions people have got just drop her an email and she will be glad to help.
The video is short and sweet and to the point and she seems to be a genuine mom who went though this system and by looking at her she has a great body for it. There are a number of testimonials on her page too.

The Program also has a quick section on getting started which include goal setting along with some advice on how to stay on track with the program. The plan also has a supportive nutrition side to it. It also boast yummy mommy fat loss workouts with easy to follow instructions.
The fat loss companion which comes with the program which is for mom’s that are busy, its an easy to use guide and is very helpful in areas that require exercise and fitness, it has easy to use instructions.
