A good exercise is taking a long and steady walk. It is a very low impact routine that will help to get the blood pumping and the respiratory system working. After a nice brisk walk follow it up with some stretches.

This is a quick and simple way to start your weight loss plan. In a very short time you have managed to start a plan that can grow over time. The hardest part is to just get started, once it becomes a part of your daily routine and you become more fit you can increase the distance and time.

When you feel ready start to focus on the upper body as well. Just start with some light dumbbells as this will build muscle in the upper body as well as burn fat from the chest and arms area.

A few good low impact exercises are swimming or working out on a treadmill. These are excellent exercises that are usually performed in a gym. Some people find that working out in a gym environment is a great motivator.

A rapid weight loss plan is a good idea but to be realistic, it took some time for your body to put on that weight it’s going to take some time to remove it. It is not the end of the world if the rapid weight loss plan takes a while, the main thing is to stay during the process.
