Stress truly is one of modern societies biggest foes. You see, not only does stress comprise your immunity, but it also increases fat around your organs. And this type of fat is the worst.

Now don\’t be fooled by people that don\’t seem to be very fat. You see, it\’s not just about the fat you have under skin, but about the fat around your organs-the fat you can\’t see.

So here is how to prevent stress from making your stomach protrude:

1. Discover your patterns of arousal: And the best way to do this, perhaps the only way, is to keep a running log of events. You see, its\’ simply too hard to keep track of all the details in your head. You have to have some type of record keeping to figure out what makes you go over the edge.

2. Exercise when you\’re angry: Or get angry when you exercise. You see, our bodies are made to move when we get angry. So reserving angry time when you are exercising is a great way to manage stress in the manner that your body is made for.

3. Take note of how you talk to yourself: If you find yourself using the following words, \”never\”, \”always\” and \”should\”, please stop. These types of words wreak havoc on your internal system. You see, they are very harsh on your cognitive health, so stay away from them.

4. Use your social ties: People who are not afraid or hesitant to tap into their social networks are very healthy. You see, we are not made to live in vacuums. Instead, we are much better off when we get through problems with the help of others.

5. Save some money: Saving money is one of the best things you can do to prevent the biggest stressor of all: financial destruction. Now the amount you save doesn\’t have to be huge, but it should be significant. And knowing that you have a pocket of money stashed away will keep your mind and stress at ease.

Stress kills and it makes you fat in all the wrong places. So it behooves you to keep it at bay. Not only will your health increase, but your stomach will shrink as well.
