4 Exercises That Can Help Change Specific Regions Of Your Body

All the experts out there have a different say as to which exercise is best for creating different changes in the human body.

If you don\’t have a PhD in kinesiology, you just might end up with a mental hernia.

Thus, today I would like to shed some light on the best exercises for changing how your body is shaped.

Here is my selection:

1. Bigger pecs: Everybody loves doing bench presses. In fact, some hardcore gym rats will bench press multiple times per week-not very good for the shoulders! If you want the best development, however, I recommend doing dumbbell presses.

2. A broader upper back: How many times have you seen someone doing pull downs to the back of their head? Well, this is not very good for their posture and not as effective as pull downs to the front of their head.

3. Broader shoulders: There are tons of different shoulder exercises. And some people looking for wider shoulders might do lateral raises all day. While lateral rises are effective, overhead dumbbell presses are even better for increasing mass in the side of your shoulders. And wider shoulders will create the illusion of a smaller waist.

4. Bigger quadriceps muscles: Most people looking for bigger quads will do regular back squats. The problem with this, however, is that regular back squats target the hamstrings and glutes. If you want to increase the size or definition of your quads, front squats are the way to go.

One key thing to avoid: getting paralyzed by all the different information. Lots of people fall victim here because they try to absorb everything all at once.

Simply start experimenting with these different exercises today and see what works best for your body. After all, if you don\’t take action soon, you will forget the lessons in this article.
