4 Common Mistakes Women Make When Reducing Calories To Reduce Flabby Arms

Getting rid of flabby arms entails being in a negative caloric state. There is no way around this. You have to eat less calories to lose more arm fat.

The good news is that a restriction in calories doesn\’t necessarily mean eating less food. If you do this the right way, you can actually eat more volume of food while eating less calories.

And please don\’t get into a negative caloric state the wrong way. Some women do crazy things to cut calories from their diets. Do this, and you sexy arm journey will be a nightmare.

So here are 4 things you should not be doing when trying to get into a negative caloric balance to lose arm fat:

1. Only increasing activity levels. Some women simply move more while not eating less. I do not recommend this approach. Although you can lose arm fat by simply moving more, your efforts will be far more effective if you actually tweak your diet.

2. Visually estimating caloric restrictions. It\’s impossible to gauge how many calories are in the food you\’re eating by simply winging it. If all you\’re doing is putting less on your plate, then you\’re in for a very long ride.

3. Weighing everything. Do this and you\’ll feel like a robot. Weighing all your food will make you quest to get toned arms seem like a never ending nightmare. It can also lead to some serious eating disorders.

4. Energy pill indulgence. Energy pills should only be used to get out of a bind. If you abuse them, you\’ll end up rebounding big time because once their effect wears off, you\’ll have an uncontrollable need to eat and eat and eat. Their effect doesn\’t last forever.

Getting toned and sexy arms should be a healthy process. If you\’ve been doing any of the above please make some changes. This will prevent you from rebounding and gaining all the arm fat back once you stop. And rebounds are so demoralizing that they should be avoided at all costs.
